Our investment team will assess & determine if your startup is a viable candidate for funding through our platform. Our due-diligence process includes discussion with our partners, analysis by tech experts and an in-depth financial examination of your business plan.

FUNDING
Once we have provided an initial commitment, we will process the subscription within a week of time.

GROWTH
We seek to establish long-term relationships with startup companies funded through our platform and to support them as they grow. We keep in touch with our startups and help them with various business needs, including marketing, networking and further fundraising.

We invest first and foremost in great teams and a substantial part of our focus is the evaluation of entrepreneurs. We look for relevant experience, motivation, leadership and the ability to execute on the vision.
MARKET OPPORTUNITY
We prefer to work with companies that aim to solve problems that affect a large portion of the population. We strive for scenarios where once a customer has used your product, they can’t imagine life without it.
TECHNOLOGY
We look for technologically driven companies with concrete advantages over competitors in the space. We assess IP and consult with sector specific experts in order to validate the technology.
TRACTION
While we invest in early stage companies, we invest when there is full-time leadership in place that has achieved initial traction such as a successful proof of concept or initial customers.
OWNERSHIP
We look for startups that have a clean corporate structure – preferably with the founders as majority shareholders.
TERMS
We invest under the same terms as the other investors in the round. We will look for standard investor protections like information rights, preemption, and liquidation preferences to make sure the round is fair to our investor community.

What are the fees?
At VDOSH, we’re all about winning. Our goal is to secure wins for you, and in doing so we win as well. That’s why we earn most of our fees from the gains investors earn on your investments with no fee for our administrative expenses after the round closes. But as there is a sizable expense with sourcing each deal, we do charge a small amount (Listing Fees + Expenses) for listing your deal on our platform along with expenses incurred.
